When you do nail art do you tend to reach for the same brand over and over? I know I do! And I usually grab the same sorts of polishes too. I have quite a few half empty (or close to empty) bottles in my China Glaze drawers. My second brand I grab for is OPI but I thought I would branch out today. When I was thinking of green polishes I thought of Essie First Timer - no idea why. It just popped into my head so I went straight for my Essie drawer and found two other green polishes - Absolutely Shore and On The Roadie.
I love a cute dotticure mani but this one refused to photograph nicely for me. I have no clue what was going on with it. But here are my green nails for today's 31DC2017.
While Essie and I aren't on speaking terms I do love your green design! LOL
ReplyDeleteOh no! Why are you not on speaking terms with Essie? Thank you! I do quite like these. I really feel like I should do more dotticures.
DeleteI always feel like Essie's brushes are too tiny and their formulas are just hit or miss but really Essie Marshmallow was one of my first polish purchases before I knew anything about crelly formula and I thought the cloudy white water polish was just dumb when I wanted a white creme. Really haven't been fond of them ever since, even though I have tried a few.
DeleteI can completely understand that. It's actually quite strange, Essie in Australia have the wide brushes. They definitely do make a difference in the application of the polishes. But I agree Essie are definitely really hit and miss with their formulas.
DeleteNice design! I love how it looks!
