Christmas 2015 Nail Art Round Up

Friday 25 December 2015

Merry Christmas everyone!  I hope you all have a great day filled with lots of love and happiness.  I imagine today is going to be amazing for my family little family and definitely lots of fun.  Today I thought I would share with you a quick round up of all the Christmas manis I managed to do this year.  Sadly, it's not many but at least I got to squeeze in some.

I love Christmas manis!  Which one of these is your favorite?

Now on a separate note, this is most likely going to be my last post for 2015 as I am not sure how much time I will have to blog or if I will have access to wifi.  I will be back in 2016 after I am home and get over jet lag.  Thank you so much for reading my blog and taking the time to leave all your comments.  I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year!

Throwback Thursday: Christmas Edition

Thursday 24 December 2015

Happy Christmas Eve everyone!  I can't believe how quickly Christmas has come around.  In fact, it really hasn't felt like Christmas at all.  I am guessing because I am away from home and don't have my usual Christmas decorations up that it's throwing me off.  I do have a little girl who has been asking for days now if Santa is coming now.  I imagine she will be one very excited girl in the morning.  Anyway, seems I didn't get a chance to do many Christmas manis this year I thought it would be fun to do a throwback to the Christmas manis I did last year.

I really have missed doing lots of Christmas manis this year.  Some of these manis would have to be my favorite Christmas manis that I have ever done.  Which is your favorite?

Pueen Lover Plate Stamping Collection - Swatches & Review

Monday 21 December 2015

I have been a bad bad blogger recently.  Before I left on holidays I was sure that I had caught up on everything that I needed to, however it just occurred to me that that is not the case at all.  Some how I missed posting the new Pueen Lover Plate Stamping Collection.  I have no clue how I missed this.  This is one set that I am so excited to have and I think it makes a great gift for someone who loves stamping or for someone who is just starting to get into stamping.  Let's jump in and see what comes in this collection/box set.

Now this collection comes with four rectangle plates with each plate having a set theme.  All plates come in individual sleeves that are in different colours and show some examples of some manis that you can use.  These are great for storage and some extra inspiration if needed.  Each plate also has a plastic backing that is also colour co-ordinated.

I am loving these plates.  Not only are the designs great (and they are a good size especially for those with longer nails) but they all stamp really well.

The Lover Plate Stamping Collection is available now from Pueen.  The plates are available as a set as well as individually.  Which of these plates is your favorite?

Bundle Monster Occasions Collection - Christmas & NYE - Review (plus a catch up)

Hello from the other side of the world!  If you have been following me on Instagram, you will probably already know (kind of) that I am currently on holidays and have had limited access to the internet.  I had no intentions of disappearing for such a long time.  In fact I had many very late nights doing my nails so I had enough pictures to do blog posts at least three times per week.  Clearly things didn't go according to my plan but never fear, I am still around and will be back to regularly painting my nails and posting both here and on Instagram.  On the plus side I have some pictures ready to go for posts next year.  Yay!

Where in the world have I been and where am I now?  Well we left Melbourne on the 10th December and headed to Dubai for a couple of days.  Then from there we went to Paris for another couple of days.  And by Paris I really mean Disneyland.  We didn't actually do much site seeing there as we were freezing our butts off in Disneyland.  Such a great place, I definitely want to go back (but to the US instead).  Now we are all the way in London where we will be for a couple of visits, site seeing and catching up with friends.  London is amazing.  We really love it here. We start the slow journey back home on the 29th (with a couple of nights stay in Singapore) and arrive home in the New Year.  So give me a few days to get over the jet lag and then I should be back in full swing again.

Now that I have caught you up let's get into today's post (which will be a little on the short side).  I ordered Bundle Monster's latest Occasions Collection - the Christmas and New Year's Eve plates before I left.  Sadly for me, they only arrived a couple of days before I left so I haven't really had much of a chance to play with them at all.  I am so excited to play with more next year.  I think these plates have a great mix of designs.

How festive and cute are these designs?  I really wish I had some more time to play with these.  There is always next year.  I have actually missed doing all the Christmas manis this year (and really any form of nails).  Did you pick up these plates?
