OPI Breakfast At Tiffany's Collection - Swatches & Review

Sunday, 4 December 2016

Last week I mentioned that I was incredibly spoilt by OPI and Coty PR Australia when I received not only the full OPI Infinite Shine Breakfast At Tiffany's Collection (you can see my swatches and review of this collection here if you are interested) but also the full OPI Breakfast At Tiffany's Collection and some of the gift packs that are available.  I am honestly still completely gob smacked!  Anyway, today I will be sharing with you my swatches and review of the full collection and pictures of some of the gift packs available.  Warning: this post is very picture heavy, so I will try and keep my chatting to a minimum.

Apartment For Two is described as a raspberry creme.  When I think raspberry I think more reds than pink, and to me this polish is pink.  Whenever you want to call it though, it's a gorgeous colour and has a great formula.  My swatch shows three coats, although you could easily get away with two coats.  I think my eyes were playing tricks on me which is why I added the third coat.

Black Dress Not Optional is a black creme with a silver/black sheen to it.  I really like this one.  It's definitely not your standard black polish.  The formula is great and is opaque in two coats.

Breakfast At Tiffany's is an off white polish with shimmers throughout.  I really like this one.  It's one of those fresh polishes that looks great, especially in Spring.  Now as it is such a light colour it does apply unevenly and needs three coats to be opaque.

Can't Read Without My Lipstick is a maroon creme.  Now this on is great for the Holiday season.  The formula is great and is opaque in two coats.

Champagne For Breakfast is described as a sparkling silver.  I'm not sure if this one builds up to be opaque or not.  I swatched it on clear swatch sticks and it didn't look like it was going to build up so I did one coat over OPI Apartment For Two.  I think this makes a great glitter topper and would look awesome as a glitter gradient.  The formula is easy to use and has a good glitter payoff.

Fire Escape Rendezvous is a matte glittery red.  Now this one is rather interesting.  It has a semi metallic finish to it which doesn't make it look too matte.  I honestly didn't think it looked matte at all until I added top coat (second picture).  The formula is easy to use and it's opaque in two coats.  Now if you do decide not to top coat this one, be careful as the glitters like to stick up and scratch.

Five-And-Ten is described as a shimmery champagne.   I think this is a really pretty colour (and quite festive) however it is very sheer.  My swatch shows four coats, and it still is see through at the tips.  I personally would wear this one over a base colour.

Got The Mean Reds is a medium red creme.  This one applies like a dream, so easy and evenly.  My swatch shows two coats.

I Believe In Manicures is a light blue creme.  I think is is a gorgeous polish and the formula is great.  My swatch shows two coats.

Meet My "Decorator" is described as a hot red.  The formula is great and easy to use.  My swatch shows two coats.

Rich & Brazilian is described as a rich burgundy.  I think this colour is gorgeous.  The formula is fantastic and is opaque in two coats.

Sunrise...Bedtime! is described as a glittery dawn pink.  No surprises that I love this one.  Like with Champagne For Breakfast, I'm not sure if this one will build up to be opaque or not so I layered it.  The formula is great and has a good glitter payoff.  My swatch shows one coat over OPI Mod About You.

Now for the gift packs... there are actually quite a few different ones available.  I have three to share with you.
