PRESS SAMPLE

What a perfect way to start a new month than with an amazing new collection from Emily de Molly.  And when I say this collection is amazing - I mean it's AMAZING!!!!  If you are a flakie lover then this is hands down the collection for you.  I am definitely Team Flakies - in fact I now have a drawer full of flakie polishes from Emily de Molly which I love.   Anyway, enough of me telling you how amazing this collection is.  Let me show you.

Back And Forth is a pale green tinged grey base with lavender and orange colour shifting iridescent flakes.  Love the colour of this one and of course I love the flakies.  Formula wise I found this one really sheer so I personally would use it over a base colour next time.  For my swatch I used three thick coats.

Best Before is a steel blue base with orange/gold/green iridescent flakes.  Again, I love the base colour and I love the flakies.  The formula is also good and you could stop at two coats but I used three coats for my swatch.

Cause Maybe is a pink jelly base with orange/green/blue shifting iridescent flakes.    This polish is pure magic!  It has this real glow about it.  I am totally obsessed with it.  The formula of this one is also on the sheer side so I would consider using it over a base colour next time.  My swatch shows three coats.

Down Hill Slope is a turquoise blue jelly base with gold/green/blue shifting iridescent flakes.  This also has that same kind of glow that Cause Maybe has and OMG!  It's pure love!  It's absolutely stunning and the formula is great.  You could possibly get away with two coats but I used three for my swatch.

Letting You Know is a pale pink/lavender with assorted colour shifting iridescent flakes in red, green and blue.  This is a beautiful girly colour and I love it.  This one is quite sheer (especially on the first coat) but does layer quite well.  My swatch shows three coats but I think next time I would consider using it over a base colour.
