PRESS SAMPLE
Hello from Lockdown 6.0. I honestly didn't think we would be back in another lockdown so soon (for those not in Victoria there was nine days between this lockdown and the last). My poor daughter still hasn't even been able to have one full week of gymnastics at her new club. How crazy is that? Anyway, it's all a little frustrating and I am getting over it but we aren't here to talk about lockdowns, we're here for awesome polishes and Emily de Molly has exactly what we need/want. Just a heads up - this post will be quite a long one as there are a few additional notes that Hayley has asked to be added.
1000 Times is a bright neon red with matte white glitters. This is such a great colour and because it is so bright it does freak my camera out a little. The formula is great and easy to use. For my swatch I used two coats but I do question if I should have used a third.

All In One is a neon green crelly with matte white glitters. I love this one! I think the colour is awesome and I personally thought the formula was great. I had zero issues (except photographing it lol). I think this polish would be great for Halloween. For my swatch I used two coats.
Makers notes: The formula on this one is not great, this is unfortunately quite typical of neons. But if you wait for your first layer to be dry and then use a thick second coat, you should have minimal problems. I recommend shaking this colour well before use.

Middle Ground is a sunflower orange with matte white glitters. This one isn't my colour at all. I had zero issues with the formula. My swatch shows three coats.
Makers notes: You will notice that a lot of the swatch pics of this colour show not much glitter. I'm not 100% sure what happened but I think I may have used the wrong type of base for my PR packages. I have since remade this colour with the appropriate glitter base and I did not have issue with the glitter sinking for my particular bottle. BUT it is winter where I am and my base thickens up when it is cold so this may have something to do with that. It is very possible that if you are using this colour in warm weather that you may have issues with the glitter sinking. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Paper Tiger is a rusty orange jelly with matte white glitters. I like this colour but I don't love it. I had zero issues with the formula of this one. For my swatch I used three coats but you can stop at two coats. It was just a little see through at the tips for me.

Place The Bets is a neon chartreuse crelly with matte white glitters. I love this colour! But it was probably the worst to photograph. My camera hated it and completely freaked it out like I have never seen before. Now this one I did find to be quite lumpy because it is so glitter packed. With that said, I'm not mad about it. The formula was easy enough to work with and the colour built up well. For my swatch I used three coats and added two coats of top coat to smooth it out. I feel like this one looks lumpy in photos but in person it was smooth.
Makers notes: The formula on this one is not that great either, this is unfortunately quite typical of neons and especially yellows. But if you wait for your first layer to be dry and then use a thick second coat you should have minimal problems. This is also one of the colours that never seems to be fully opaque so you may need a third coat. I personally noticed very minimal difference in opacity between two and three coats. I recommend shaking this colour very well before use.

Some Sort Of Voodoo is a blurple jelly base with matte white glitters. Love this colour! It's gorgeous and the formula is great. For my swatch I used three coats but you can stop at two coats.

The Chosen Few is a bright blue jelly base with matte white glitters. Love this colour. It looks more blue in pictures than it does in person. I feel like leans a little more teal than a straight blue. Or maybe thats just me. The formula is great and easy to use. My swatch shows three coats but you can stop at two coats.

How awesome are these polishes? I have always been a big fan of these polishes and the matte white glitters and this release is no exception. My personal favourites (and brace yourselves because I am about to list the majority of these) are Desert Flowers, All In One, Place The Bets, The Chosen Few and Some Sort Of Voodoo.
