Uberchic Beauty Collection Twelve Stamping Plates - Swatches & Review

Sunday 20 November 2016

I think every time I sit down to write a post about Uberchic Beauty's Collections I always comment about how many there are.  Well today is no different.  It honestly shocks and amazes me that there are now twelve collections of plates and that doesn't even include all the individual themed plates, the mini plates or any of the other Uberchic goodies that are available!  I actually just had to order a few new plate holders from Uberchic to accommodate my ever growing collection.   So if you have ever wondered if I shop from Uberchic, then the answer is yes.  Not only did I grab myself more plate holders I also grabbed a few things for some Christmas presents.  I have shopped from Uberchic since then beginning and will continue to shop from there in the future.  Anyway, getting completely side tracked here.  Collection Twelve....

Now to save me repeating myself over and over (although apparently I do like to repeat myself a lot) I really like these plates.  I think there is a great mix of designs, and I love that Uberchic are incorporating some more layering images into their plates.  They are the latest thing that I am loving at the moment.  I still not great at lining them up but it's just practice right?

There is kinda two parts to this first mani I am about to show you.  When I first saw this image I immediately knew that I had to use is and do bright colours with it.  In true Tracy style, I started with OPI Alpine Snow and then stamped the image using Powder Perfect's Black Stamping Polish and then fell in love.  Seriously, how awesome is this mani just in black and white?  I definitely will be using this image as an accent nail at some point.

And then there is the filled in version.  Just liked I imagined.  I am so glad I actually added the colour as well.  I used the entire Pop Wash Collection from Color Club.

A nice simple mani.  I do quite like when plates have got inbuilt accent nails for me.  You know, the same image but colours reversed?  Takes all the guess work out of what to do.  Polishes used are OPI Alpine Snow and Dance Legend's Mint Stamping Polish.

How could I not do do a neon gradient?  Originally I had planned to use the butterfly image but then changed my mind at the last second.  Guess you will be seeing that butterfly image on my nails in another mani.  For this mani I used Orly's Push The Limit, Beach Cruiser and Scenic Route and Powder Perfect's Black Stamping Polish.

Another simple mani.  Wasn't exactly what I was imagining but I still like it.  Such a great image which I think would make for an awesome accent nail.  Have I mentioned I like accent nails?  Polishes used are OPI Alpine Snow and B Loves Plates B A Fuchsia Flash.

Have I mentioned that I love layering images but I need more practice?  Well case in point with this mani.  Fun fact: this was actually the first mani I did with this collection.  Polishes used are OPI Alpine Snow and Powder Perfect's Metallic Green and Fire Engine Red Stamping Polishes.

And last but certainly not least, another layering image.   Seriously I love that you can use both of these images separately and together.  The options are just endless.  For this mani I used Femme Fatale Cosmetics Penrose, Emily de Molly Bright Purple Stamping Polish and Powder Perfect's Black Stamping Polish.

I am such a huge fan of this collection.  All the images are fantastic and of course stamp beautifully.

You can grab Collection Twelve from Uberchic Beauty.
