My daughter loves arts and crafts and I love shopping at Kmart, put those things together and you get me shopping for paper at Kmart. They had these note pads a little while ago (and they still have some) with a bunch of neon designs. As soon as I saw them I knew I had to recreate the designs. Like usual, I never got around to doing it but then the paper theme popped up for the Digit-al Dozen and here we are.
For my base I used Pretty Serious Cosmetics Presence, and did the dots using China Glaze UV Meant To Be, More To Explore, Daisy Know My Name?, Bottoms Up and Shore Enuff.
