Femme Fatale Cosmetics 5th Anniversary Trio - Swatches & Review

Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you all have had a great weekend.  I have had a huge weekend full of celebrations for my daughter's fifth birthday.  She had an amazing time both on her birthday (which was Saturday) and at her party.  She is definitely one happy and very lucky girl.  Today I have another fifth to share with you - I have the Fifth Anniversary Trio from Femme Fatale Cosmetics!  How funny that both my daughter and Femme Fatale are five around the same time.  It never actually occurred to me until now.  You would have thought I would have realized this by now, but nope.  Or maybe I have but my tired brain has forgotten?  Anyway, let's get on to the swatches shall we?

La Scala is a mauve purple toned grey creme with a green-shifting-pink shimmer.  I think this is quite a pretty polish both the base colour and the shimmer throughout.  I found that it did apply unevenly on the first coat however it did even out on the second coat.  My swatch shows three coats.

Penrose is a pale pink toned lavender linear holographic with a subtle green flash.  Now I am sure that I have mentioned before (and probably quite a few times) how much I love Femme Fatale's old school glitter bombs and holographic polishes, well this polish brings back some memories of the old school holos.  It's so gorgeous!  It is a little on the sheer side, but it is easy to use.  My swatch shows three coats.

Rapallo is a deep teal crelly.  I think this is a nice colour.  It does apply unevenly on the first coat but does even out on the second.  My swatch shows two coats.

I can't believe that Femme Fatale are five!  That is just as crazy to me as my daughter being five!  Seriously where does the time go?  I am a fan of this trio.  My personal favorite would have to be Penrose.

Did you pick up the Anniversary Trio when it was available?
