Pregnancy And Infant Loss Awareness Day Nail Art

For the first time ever I have two blog posts for you.  This isn't something that I ever thought that I would end up doing, and it's not something I will make a habit of.  This week I had a bit of a double up with nail art challenges (The Digit-al Dozen and 26 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge) but these themes didn't quite mesh together well so I needed two separate posts.  Today also happens to be Pregnancy And Infant Loss Awareness Day.  I was going to just do this as an Instagram post but then thought why not do a blog post with some extra pictures?

For my mani I decided to use the two charity polishes that Grace-full Nail Polish released this month (you can see my swatches and review here - these polishes are still available too!) and smooshed them together.  They are so pretty and delicate.  I wish that I could have captured the shimmer properly. I then stamped the butterflies from BP-74 using Powder Perfect's White Stamping Polish.

This is what the base looked liked before I stamped the butterflies.

I'm really happy with how this mani turned out.  It's even prettier than I first imagined.
